个人简介

2002年7月毕业于浙江大学医学院临床医学系,获得MD。2006年7月毕业于中国医学科学院中国协和医科大学,获得PhD。2006年至2010年在美国哈佛大学医学院波士顿儿童医院从事博士后研究。2009年任哈佛大学医学院讲师和Research Associate。2010年9月至2016年8月任中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所研究员,研究组长。2016年9月起任职于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所研究员,研究组长。曾获得国家杰出青年科学基金、ISHR杰出研究员奖、“英国皇家学会-牛顿高级学者基金”、中国青年科技奖、中国科学院青年科学家奖、谈家桢生命科学创新奖、树兰医学青年奖等。

谱系示踪与细胞命运可塑性


研究工作

研究体内特定类型细胞的起源及命运,揭示细胞在发育、疾病和组织再生中的分化或转分化现象(细胞命运可塑性)及细胞命运调控机制具有重大的科学意义。研究组主要利用基于同源重组酶系统的遗传谱系追踪技术(图),在哺乳动物体内进行细胞标记及追踪来研究细胞的起源及命运。此外,研究组长期致力于谱系追踪新技术的开发及应用,并利用新技术更加深入探索哺乳动物体内细胞命运可塑性及其分子机制。

       代表性研究成果多次在NatureScienceNat MedNat Genet等国际学术期刊发表,其中发现新生期心脏具有重新生成冠状动脉的能力入选“2014年度中国科学十大进展”。主要研究内容和方向如下:
        1、建立谱系追踪及遗传操作新技术,实现哺乳动物体内更为精准、高效的细胞追踪及遗传操作。
        2、利用遗传学、分子生物学、细胞生物学等手段,研究干细胞在器官发育与再生中功能及其细胞命运可塑性调控机理。
        3、利用新技术研究微环境及肿瘤细胞的起源、增殖、EMT及转移过程中的细胞及分子机制。
        4、结合合成生物技术与遗传学创建合成遗传学技术,利用人工合成信号通路实现哺乳动物体内细胞-细胞交流及其命运的解析及遗传调控。
     
        研究组朝气蓬勃,积极向上,团结进取,学术气氛活跃,致力于成为 “严谨、团结、创新”的谱系追踪与细胞命运可塑性研究团队。
